Membership is not optional, and except for customers with a new or existing LTD (2 year or more deal with PRN), membership costs $195 per year (if customer pays by credit card and goes to "Credit Card Always/CCA" billing upon signup) or $249 per year (if invoiced).

Every 60 days, an email is sent to each authorized sender on the account, showing the full list of authorized senders for that account).
